Arcane is a fictional fashion brand concept centered on quiet luxury, restrained mystique, and contemporary minimalism. The project explores how subtle design cues and controlled atmospheres can communicate sophistication without visual excess.

The still image campaign was developed using Nano Banana Pro with strict visual constraints, including consistent camera bodies, lens choices, and real world location references. This approach ensured spatial realism and visual continuity across all frames. The imagery focuses on precise silhouettes, desaturated color palettes, and carefully balanced lighting, with an editorial emphasis on texture, fabric behavior, and compositional calm.

These stills became the visual anchor for a short cinematic film created through Seedance Pro using image to video generation. Motion is intentionally minimal, relying on micro movements, environmental interaction, and subtle camera behavior rather than overt action. By maintaining the same camera logic and location language in motion, the film preserves the understated identity established in the stills.

This project demonstrates a disciplined AI driven workflow where real world photographic principles guide generative output, showing how advanced AI tools can be directed to produce cohesive fashion narratives with editorial precision and cinematic restraint.
